1. General Information<\/h3>

Welcome to Music&Co. (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing and using our website (the “Site”) and our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.<\/p>

2. Lesson Bookings and Payments<\/h3>
  • \u00a0Lessons must be booked and paid for in advance via the agreed payment method.<\/li>
  • We offer lesson packages for one, two, or three hours per week, with payment options for a trimester, semester, or year. We also offer additional lessons credits for students.<\/li>
  • All payments are final, and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.<\/li><\/ul>

    3. Cancellation and Rescheduling<\/h3>
    • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule the lesson.<\/li>
    • Missed lessons without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.<\/li>
    • Make-up lessons are offered but are not guaranteed.<\/li><\/ul>

      4. Teacher and Student Conduct<\/h3>
      • Students and teachers must treat each other with respect.<\/li>
      • Disruptive behavior may result in termination of lessons without a refund.<\/li>
      • Teachers will conduct themselves professionally and follow our school policies.<\/li><\/ul>

        5. Refunds and Credits<\/h3>
        • No refunds are given for unused lessons.<\/li>
        • If a teacher is unavailable, we will attempt to provide a substitute or offer a reschedule.<\/li>
        • In case of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we reserve the right to modify or suspend lessons.<\/li><\/ul>

          6. Intellectual Property<\/h3>
          • All lesson materials, videos, and resources provided by the school remain our intellectual
            property.<\/li>

            7. Liability and Disclaimer<\/h3>
            • We are not responsible for any injuries, lost items, or damages incurred during lessons
              or events.<\/li><\/ul>

              8. Website Use<\/h3>
              • Users may not use our website for unlawful or harmful activities.<\/li>
              • Unauthorized copying, scraping, or misuse of website content is prohibited.<\/li><\/ul>

                9. Changes to Terms<\/h3>

                We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted
                on this page with the updated date.<\/p>

                10. Governing Law<\/h3>

                These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the
                courts of Zurich.<\/p>
