Guitar Teacher (Part-Time)

We’re currently seeking multiple talented and enthusiastic part-time Guitar Teachers to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging guitar lessons for students of various skill levels from beginners to more advanced players.
  • Using our own lesson library and standard lesson plans, create customised lesson plans tailored to individual students’ goals, musical interests, and learning styles.
  • Teach fundamental techniques, music theory, chord progressions, scales, and various guitar styles, focusing on rock, blues and acoustic.
  • Foster a friendly and supportive learning environment that encourages students’ progress and confidence.
  • Assess students’ progress regularly and provide constructive feedback and guidance for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall learning experience and contribute to the team’s success.
  • Demonstrate a genuine alignment with the school’s culture and values through purposeful actions and verbal expressions.
Requirements
  • Fluent in German with a solid grasp of English.
  • Proficient in playing the guitar with a solid understanding of music theory and different playing styles.
  • Reliable and punctual, demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to teaching excellence.
  • Excellent communication skills, patience, and the ability to motivate and inspire students.
  • Openness to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Preferably some experience in teaching guitar lessons, either privately or in a group setting.
