2. Lesson Bookings and Payments

•  Lessons must be booked and paid for in advance via the agreed payment method.
• We offer lesson packages for one, two, or three hours per week, with payment options for a trimester, semester, or year. We also offer additional lessons credits for students.
• All payments are final, and non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule the lesson.
• Missed lessons without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
• Make-up lessons are offered but are not guaranteed.

4. Teacher and Student Conduct

• Students and teachers must treat each other with respect.
• Disruptive behavior may result in termination of lessons without a refund.
• Teachers will conduct themselves professionally and follow our school policies.

5. Refunds and Credits

• No refunds are given for unused lessons.
• If a teacher is unavailable, we will attempt to provide a substitute or offer a reschedule.
• In case of force majeure (natural disasters, government restrictions, etc.), we reserve the right to modify or suspend lessons.

6. Intellectual Property

• All lesson materials, videos, and resources provided by the school remain our intellectual
  property.

7. Liability and Disclaimer

• We are not responsible for any injuries, lost items, or damages incurred during lessons
  or events.

8. Website Use

• Users may not use our website for unlawful or harmful activities.
• Unauthorized copying, scraping, or misuse of website content is prohibited.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted
on this page with the updated date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the
courts of Zurich.
